Purpose of processing

We use your data to respond to inquiries, handle booking requests, communicate with guests, and improve our service. We do not sell your data for marketing lists.

Legal basis

Processing is based on steps prior to entering a contract and contract performance (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in responding to customer requests (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

Retention

We keep inquiry data for as long as needed to handle your request and maintain the customer relationship, typically up to 24 months from your last contact, unless a longer period is required by law.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed by service providers (e.g. email and hosting) within the EU/EEA or with appropriate safeguards. Only necessary information is shared.

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or object to processing where applicable by law. You may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
